25% Discount for last minute reservations made within 7 days of arrival

All rates subject to Cabo Hotel tax of 3% and sales tax of 10%.

Payment Schedule and Deposit
a total of 50% of total amount due is required within 30 days of confirmation, unless before 60 days of scheduled arrival date; full balance plus $1000.00 damage/expense deposit is due no later than 60 days before arrival date. Booking is confirmed when first payment is made and booking is accepted.
Check In and Check Out
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. A 1/2 day charge required to guaranty late check-out or early check-in & is not always available
